Is there a free option?
Yes — your first Christmas photo preview is free, no sign-up and no card. It is watermarked and lower resolution; unlock it in HD when you love it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment, and credits don’t expire.
How do credits work?
Credits are one shared balance: each HD photo uses 1 credit and each video (including elf dance and Santa cam) uses 10. Starter (12 credits) makes up to 12 HD photos or 1 video; Family (50) up to 50 photos or 5 videos; Holiday (120) up to 120 photos or 12 videos; Whole Clan (350) up to 350 photos or 35 videos. Or spend them on any mix, e.g. Family = 20 photos + 3 videos. Make it move uses one of your photos — your free preview works.
What if a generation fails?
Your credits are returned to your account automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
Do I need an account?
No. You can pay as a guest; your creations are emailed to the address you use at checkout, and you can get back to them any time with Find my creations.
