Is the online card free?
You can send your free preview as an online card right away (it carries a small watermark). Unlocked HD photos and videos make cards without a watermark.
Can I print it as a Christmas card?
Yes. HD photos are 2K resolution, and the card maker exports a 5×7 inch card at 300 dpi (PNG or PDF) that you can print at home or at Walgreens, CVS or Costco photo. You can also send it as an online card link.
Will everyone actually look like themselves?
That is the whole point. You upload one photo per person or pet, and the AI keeps each face — face shape, eyes, smile, hair, skin tone, glasses and age — instead of inventing new ones. Faces stay most accurate with up to 5 people in one picture; for bigger families, make two pictures.
How long does a card link stay online?
For 7 days. To protect your family’s privacy, cards and their photos are deleted automatically after 7 days — or sooner if you delete them in My Creations. Download the printable version to keep it.
Is it free?
Your first preview is free — no sign-up and no card. It is a watermarked, lower-resolution preview so you can check the faces. If you love it, unlock it in HD (2K, no watermark) from $9.99 (Starter, 12 credits); the Family pack is $19.99 for 50 credits.
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. Upload photos, pick a scene, done. We wrote and tested the prompts so you don’t have to.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to make your creations and are never used to train AI models. Everything you upload or create — photos, videos and e-cards — is deleted automatically within 7 days, and you can delete it sooner in My Creations. Download the ones you love.
